Tickets once booked cannot be cancelled unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by us.
If an event is cancelled, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
No refunds will be provided if the ticket holder fails to attend the event.
Refunds may be subject to a small processing fee.
